any difference between full time employee vs consultant??

Hi Guys,

I am really wondering is there any different procedure for who works in full time vs working in consulting company??Lot of my friends who are working as consultant got their gc within 2 and half years-3 years.I am working as full time.I got my labor cleared in 3 years+140/485 in another 2 years.So total 5 years process.So frustrating!!!

Why should both be different ! Folks working with Consulting companies are also full time employees of the company

If I remember right you have got your GC now. So please be sensitive to others who are anxiously waiting and check in this forum only for relevant information.

Hi Harakad,

I got my GC.Thats fine.I am questioning for who are all waiting for GC(Who already frustrated).It is the subject of GC(Not any other nonimmigrant matter).

I dont think it is not any other out of subject!!!
