FP April 2002
Second RFE April 2003. Says may send new FP if not approved by
April 2003.
Second FP almost due.
Approval ????????

Any one else in similar situation ? I know lot of guys are waiting with similar RD/ND. Did you guys here anything from NSC of late ?

Have you contacted your local Congressman or Senator yet? What about your lawyer? You need to get your lawyer to inquire.
