I have had really bad experience with my law firm. What are your guys experience regarding the same.

My case is now approved but i just wanted to know if all of them are pretty much useless or some of'em have a strand of ethics and compassion left in them.

David is the attorney and Gitte runs the office and everything else. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has always answered all my questions over the phone, even after I reluctantly started using my company's attorney (bad, bad experience). They're great, and their rates are way more reasonable than most, but be warned that they only take on as many cases as they think they can handle adequately.
