Any Dec'02 filers still waiting for FP2?

I am still waiting for my FP2. Today I saw couple of threads in this forum, looks like most of Dec'02 got the FP2 done already. Though my LUD got changed on Jun 14th, but no improvement after that. I am with the same employer for the past 5 years and not a concurrent filer. Did anybody try to contact Congressmen or Senate to get FP2 Notice?

My RD is 12/4/2002. Me and my wife did 2nd FP in 3rd week of July. I am confident you guys will receive 2nd FP notices too.

I am too waiting!frustrating!Is it some thing to do with location!!! Mine is Newark,NJ!!!

Hi, Ram03, How do you know most Dec'02 cases got FP2 already, i almost have same date with yours, still waiting FP2, LUD change 2 and 1/2 months ago, nothing happened.
 
My RD is 12/10/2002 ... FP2 is scheduled for tomorrow. Haven't received the FP2 notice for my wife yet. Should I still take her with me tomorrow and try to get it done ? Do they allow it in Newark ?
 
My lawyer told me that FP2 means nothing. It is generated automatically by computer. I am not sure if he is right, but I also don't know what FP2 means.
 
No Fp2 yet, but RFE issued for 485

I have a ND of 12/31/2002 for my 485 and have a RFE issued in June 04, which the lawyer would reply any day now, but no FP2 received yet, FP1 expired in Jul 04.

Any idea if 485 is locked in RFE state, will FP2 not be generatd till RFE is processed?
 
Hi.Ram03, Did you check your name check status? i am just thinking ,maybe INS would not give you FP2 notice until everything is ready like the name check is clean. what is wrong with our cases, what do you think?
 
We got FP2 notice.

Our RD is 12/9/02 and ND is 1/29/03.
We got the FP2 notice on saturday(8/7/04), they are scheduled for 9/7/04.
