Any Dec FP guys whose AVM didn\'t change from Pending -> Resumed

Anyone who has done FP in december and their AVM still reads "pending review" but not " processing resumed"..
 
FP : 12/13/2001 but still AVM : On Dec 19th ...Pending review

PD 07/12/01 FP : 12/13/2001 AVM : On Dec 19th ...Pending review
FBI told they sent FP same day for both me and my wife
let us know if you find anything more . Looks like its a same case with all DEC FP\'s

AVM->On Dec 19th ...Pending review
Called Vermont Service Center last Friday, IIO Says everything is fine wait for 60-90 Days, We are processing Apr 30th cases.
 
I also Spoke to IIO just three days back

I also Spoke to IIO just three days back , she asked me when did I do FP , then i said we did it on 13th Dec , then she said right now they are processing April01 Cases and mine is July01 case so she asked me to wait another 4 months .....i know i can\'t argue with her ..so i just said thanks .
 
My lawyer says don\'t rely on AVm

After I posted this message, I talked to my lawyer about this
she said nothing to worry and asked not to rely on AVM..as It is not updated in some cases...

Might be true...Let\'s hope for the best...Good Luck Guys....
