Any Dec Approvals...

Also waiting ... Strange things

I'm also waiting when december cases start.
Called AVM and tried to enter numbers close my WAC +-5

AVM says 6 out of 10 are approved.
Some in December 2001 some in June 2002.
How is that possible?

6 out of 10 applications from 485 approved

6 out of 10 applications from DEC 485 approved.We have not seen even single approval on the immigration portal. Also,some people from Jan also got approved(age out) case.

can be for AP, EAD also. How can we make sure that all numbers are for I-485?
So 6/10 results may not be right :)

Because it may be approvals for EAD and etc
 
IIO answer

We also fall in DEC category.

I called INS today and the IIO said that "your files are in the file room and no one can tell how long it will take". She was reading this from the status message for our case.

Does that mean, our cases have not been allocated to any officer yet??

Our numbers are WAC-02-66-xxxxxx

Awaiting some good news soon.

This is an interesting experiment. I am not sure you are allowed to do this, and I am sure you cannot be tracked. But not all these are 485 although I bet a few are. I think some/all of the 4 that are not approved are 485. I think I read somewhere on the INS site that only a fifth of all cases are AOS.
