Any Dec 2003 pending EAD & AP?

No RFE and no approval so far. :confused: I have requested and enquiry last week.

Is anyone else in the same boat?
 
My Oct 21 EAD/AP got approved last week. I'm sure you'll get yours not later than a month from now.
 
yes, it is my first EAD & AP.
I'm planning to travel to india next month. Will it be a problem if I don't have approve AP? I have a valid H1.
 
As long as you have a valid H1B approval stamp on your passport, you are just fine. You dont need to worry about AP. Incase you plan to use AP, you should make sure that it gets approved before you leave USA or your entire Immigration Status is lost.
