Are there still any dec 2001 filers with No RFe and no 2nd FP ?? This is so unfair .. dec 2001 filers waiting, but dec 2002 filers getting approvals ..

Early december filer No RFE or second FP. Very frustating.
Any idea what should we be doing. raised iquiry with INS no response yet. Except that file is with officer.
