i had been to the BCIS office in JFK Building in Boston downtown.
over there you can speak to a bcis official. i don't know whether this is a local office or what office it is...
 
dendeng, i guess you can ask them anything related to your case. i had asked them about the address update and 2nd fp notice. they confirmed the address update and said 2 nd fp not sent yet.
you have to be there early. i reached there around 6:45 am and there were already 40--50 people before me. got to wait in the line. go thru security check. get a ticket and wait.
 
Can you go late.... Can you go there pick a ticket and come later.
It's too early. 6:45am. Jesus.

So they must have complete access to your case!

Did someone say that his/her lawyer (with one of the biggest) indicated that not everyone gets FP2 (even after 15 months)?

Hi Skar,
I noticed you got RFE on 07/02, What is this about? Can you disclose RFE details. Even I got RFE on the same date. So far I haven't recieved it. Still fighting to get it back.

Repsonse to RFE was recieved on 07/02/2003
. They asked for employment letter and 3 months pay stub. RFE was generated sometime in early June .
 
Me too - No 2nd FP

RFE was issued on 06/09 - haven't yet replied to RFE.
1st FP expired 06/14. No 2nd FP notice yet.

Maybe BCIS will send the notice after they receive the RFE response...
