I contacted local senator and here is what they got from CIS.

Yes, I contacted congressman and immediately I recd 2nd RFE...
I haven't recd papers yet.. waiting.

I got letter from congressman stating their feedback from INS.

The response I got was like " we are still processing Sep 2001 files and the files in question were received on 12/19/01, so you should wait for few more months".
