Hi,

I recently found a job after being out of status for some time. I am planning to apply for H1 on premium processing which I will be paying for and am trying to evaluate the risk involved.

* What are the chances of my H1 app. being rejected?
* Will I be asked for prior pay stubs?
* Can i avoid the pay stub by applying for a 'new' (?) H1?
* Any other solutions?
* Anyone with a similar experience?

Thanks for your help.

out of status

I'm not a specialist and not a lawyer,but, I if you were out of status for more than a year you are considered to be inadmissible for 10 years.You must aply for waiver of inadmissibility if you are eligible.Talk to a lawyer and let me know ,please, because I have same problem.:confused:

Application for anew H1

Hi,

I have been out of status for much less than an year and I have some time left on my H1.The advice I have been given is to apply for a new H1.

Try posting to/ calling lawyers at immigration.com, gotcher law etc. - to discuss your case.

Other options- canada, UK immigr.

Goodluck!
