Any comment why I haven't received the Card

I received an email on Sep 14 and said "Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been
completed. Your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
However, I haven't received any further information and the card till today.
IS it Normal? Is any way to check why it is taking so longer to get the card? Thanks,
 
It does not mean that they mailed u r card.

It doesn't mean that they mailed u r card. u will see another message saying: On xxxxxx date after aproving u r application we ordered a new card, as soon as it ready we will mail u. and then next message would be .on..xxxxxx date the card processing was completed and we mailed u r card directly...

Just wait for message change to card mailed... or check your mail box every day till you find your green card (if case status remains unchanged). Good luck!
