Guys,

Any clue on why DOS is taking long time to publish Nov. Visa Bulletin?

Since, Embassies are updating thier interview schedules, I am sure, it has been already prepared by DOS.

What do you think guys?
 
Just give them 2 more days. I know they published on 18th couple of months ago ....

The longer you wait, The more good news you get :)
