Any clue how to get name check staus?

Does any one know a way of finding the status of name chack clerence other thatn calling the (202).... number or contacting a senator?
 
I believe the best way is through a senator. I sent an email to this address fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov but I heard that they no longer respond to people's requests. I sent the email more than 3 months ago. I'm yet to get a response!
 
Actually, some people have reported that they successfully just called the USCIS 1800 number, and the representative could at lest give them a "yes" or "no" answer to the question whether the name has been cleared by the FBI. Give that a shot.

You could also schedule an appointment with Infopass and get an update on your case ( if you live close to a place that has infopass)
 
I actually have one close to my home but the infopass has been down for few days... I decided to go to the office of the congressman in my town and see if they respond, since i tried to contact them 2 weeks a go and no one answered :mad: :mad: :mad:
