Any Chance of Filing for your Daughter After DNA proves she is not yours?????

My brother filed for her 19 year old daughter. But DNA report has revealed that he is not the father.

He still wants to bring her here since she has not known any other father apart from him.

Is there anyway he can go about this??????

He may qualify as a stepfather if he married to the mother before the child turned 18. Also, depending on the laws of country of birth, he may be a "legal" father IF he was married to the mother when the child was born and he was named as the father and accepted it as such. It may boil down to an interpretation of family law in combination with immigration law.
