Any cases where I-140 not approved for 10 months...

Hello,

Have there been any such cases where it has been more than 10 months and I-140 has'nt been approved yet? If so then please kindly share your info in this thread. My I-140 was filed back in March 2005 and I am still waiting for the approval. If there are other people who are in the same boat than please share your info.

There are good number of people who took more than 10 months for 140. No need to panic. You can ask your company's lawyer to send enquiry.
