Hi All,

Is there anyone with the SRC-00-107 series who have not yet got I 485 approved ? I am waiting from March 2000, but I see people who have applied later are getting approved... any thing to say about this please post your comments

I am not trying to discourage you. As far as I could see there are SRC-00-210-XXXXX got approval (Me and my wife). Then from this site you could see 091, 090, 100...079,
I tend to believe it is close to process you case VERY SOON.

Srivatsa: We sent a fax in March to TSC asking the status of our case. The AVM always said "Case not found". The fax contained all information - PD, ND, RD, SRC#, SSN, DOB, Name

They sent us a letter saying that "Our case was in the EB-700 area" and will be decided in 60-90 days. In about 45 days we got our approvals. I feel that writing to them made them pull up our case from wherever it was.

I strongly suggest you fax them a letter. Good luck.

I talked to the IIO officer, she told that my case was assigned to an officer on 10th May.
I told her about my finger prints, She was going to send a request to get the finger prints
redone.
