yup - me too (RD/ND 06/99, FP 04/00), and you can read my other posts. i got an intent to deny message on 09/29 (Friday) with the letter getting to my lawyer on Monday (fastest ever for VSC I think!!).
Apparently you will not hear anything for the next 2 weeks, but you should immediately thereafter - give it another month....

RD 5/18/99, ND 6/15/99 FP 4/2000 EB2 Greece EAC 99-195-xxxx Still waiting. Spoke with IO three days ago and she told me that me application was at the final adjudication stage and I should hear from them in three weeks (whatever that meens). How about the PDs? Are your PDs current? If they are not, then your I485 will be put on hold till the PDs become current.

Finally, damn thing got approved.

Don\'t think that it happend just like that. I went to local congress
man. They put lot of pressure to find out the reason for the delay
as they are appoving Aug\'99 cases. Finally they have to approve my
case without any RFE. Thank god and congress man.
Oh boy! what a painfull journey, I had for last 5 years with this BS
process. With the new rules and regulations, people doesn\'t have to
go thru all this pain and agony.
If you guys want to go for congressional help, make sure that you put
your info in brief. They dont have time to read all the details you
put in your letter. Be specific and precise. Only thing they look into
is REF line. Make sure to add EAC numbers and center info there.
