Any body waiting for EB3 EAD, AP approval with RD Sep 29th'2004 from CSC

Hi,

Mine is a Concurrent I-140/485/EAD/AP filing from CSC with RD 09/29/2004.

Is there anyone under EB3 category whose EAD and AP got approved with RD Sept 29th'2004. The last LUD change for both mine and my wife's EAD was on 10/06/2004.

I have already done my FP on Oct'29th, 2004. I am not sure why there was no LUD change for EAD and AP yet..

Appreciate response from anyone..

I filed under EB2 with RD of 9/30/04. FP done on 11/5/04.

No LUD update after 10/5 (ND) on AP/EAD/140. All are pending.

On 485, LUD update on 10/23 for FP notice, 10/27 - no message change and 11/10 for receipt of FP results.

I am not sure why it is taking so long..The EAD and AP dates are not moving fast these days..

Hopefull something will happen before friday...:-)

LUD->NOV 15'04->NOV 24'04->Dec01
 
AP Approved

Our (My WIfe and Myself) AP got approved on Dec 1st'2004.Still waiting for EAD. Hoping it will get approved next week.

The 140/485/765/131 RD is Sept'29th 2004 CSC under EB3.

EAD Approved

Hi All,

Mine and My Wife's EAD got approved today 12/07/2004. My AP got approved earlier this month on 12/01/2004.

I am waiting for my I-140 and I-485 now...
