Hi Guys,

I got an RFE for W2, TAX Returns, employment letter etc on 5/21 and response sent to BCIS on 6/16 which would've got there by 6/17. But online message is not updated to repsonse revd.

Is there any body sent response recently got approved / message changed, please post u r details.

INS issued RFEs on our cases on June 9-th. Lawyer mailed on the 19th. Message changed to received resonse on 24th June. Still waiting for approval. I-485 RD:11/29/01
RFE for:
Me:Employment letter
My wife: Doctor's signature, marriage certificate
You may check with the lawyer if he mailed properley.
If you have tracking # of UPS/FedEx check if INS received the mail.

RFE was issued on my case on 05/29/2003 for an employment letter. Sent the response on 06/16/2003(received by INS) but message updated on 06/18/2003.

Vinnu... have you got any update... I called my attorney and he said it is normal..... well quite confused as I have seen only your and mine case is not updated...
 
Hi ssh..

I checked online status today also (7/7) and it is same. I called attorney last week, they said we will wait 3 weeks before we call BCIS. They might check with BCIS this week.

please post here if there is any change in status.

Hi Tick....

Why second FP? What will be the time to expire the current FP. I also gave FP in March first week 2002. Do you think its Mandatory to give second FP after 1 Year 4 months? please post u r reply...

FP reports are valid for 15 months only, so it is mandatory to provide FP after 15 months.

RFE generated on June 13, RFE received around June 20 timeframe, RFE replied June 30 timeframe. RFE for two months pay stubs, employment letter. 12/17 RD, 12/28 ND. Waiting for update and approval.
 
vinnu... checked with my attorney again, today.. he is saying same thing wait for another week...well lets see what happens after one week!!!

I cheked with my attorney too today. She said it is of no use calling NCSC because they initiate paper inquiry to VSC and it will take 30 days to get some response. But she said she will try to call them today.

I don't know what she will come up!

Please keep posted...of any chnage in u r status.

I was a frequent visitor on this marvelous site, but never felt to registered but today after checking the status felt like doing.

here are my details and could provide a relief to folks in the same boat like me

I guess this is the most strenous and stressful process I have ever gone through, BCIS ( old wine in new bottle ) sucks, but finally it is over, I am going out tonight to bar to forget all this stress.

I had also changed job for better salary/benefits and for a FTE position from a consulting position.

Wish you guys good luck, keep hopes ( what else we are supposed to have ), you should be soon.
