Is there anybody who is waiting for approval or got transferred to TSC or Atlanta? Labor and I-140 approved from VSC region and VSC respectively and applied 485 in VSC and successfully received approval?
What are the chances of case getting xferred to TSC or local Atlanta office?
Appreciate your experiences/help.

I\'m going to file I-485 may be in week or two. But have confusion on center. My lawyer says we can try in VSC. It may get transferred to TSC. Sorry couldn\'t help on FP.
What is your case scenario?
 
Filed everything in VSC

I filed 140, 485, EAD, AP from VSC when I was in connecticut.
Just before FP notice I moved to Atlanta. I got my FP from VSC
to my old address..But I did my FP in atlanta..FP results reached VSC successfully..still case is with
VSC only..called IIO ..they told case is with VSC only..so far so good
 
Any problem of changing diffirent places

I was in Maryland when I applied for labor.
I was in New York hen I applied for I-140.
Now I am in Los Angles and applied for 485.

Will it be a problem???
please help me in this concern.
 
todal333, you can take a chance.

Since TSC is very slow and the priority dates are expected to retrogress in this year (after October) and since VSC is historically faster compared to TSC, you can apply at VSC.

I have also seen a couple of others ksv, RAM VENKATARAMAN who are staying in Atlanta but applied at VSC.

I am still waiting for my FP. Received AP and EAD.
