Any body knows about this message?

Hi,

Our cases has been approved on 8th.But My daughters case no yet approved. I just checked status on line it show the following message.My child is 5years old

The Message;

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application.


Her RD number also correct.\

Any body had this kind of experience before pl post and suggest me what to do.I could not able to get the INS No 802-527-4913

it is normal

a friend of mine and his wife got approved last month and this is what showed up for his kids. and then it changed to the welcome letter message(approved).

Congratulation!!

I have seen very similar postings from others on this board. For them, the message for the child changed to "Approved" after couple of days.
