Any body here ..that did stamping @ Chicago INS after May 15, 2002?

Chicago Stamping Experience

My friend has gone today (05/21/2202) to Chicago for stamping. He and his family got their Green Cards approved from NSC.
He went very early to Chicago office. He said there were 4 families before them. The visas were stamped within an hour and he was out within an hour around 8.00 AM.

I have to get my passport stamped. I just wanted to know, what time did your friend get to the INS stamping office ? Thanx.
