Anybody from Ace Technologies and I-140 RFE

Anybody from Ace Technologies who got RFE for 140 in NSC..? Please share your experience..

It's all about Ability to pay and company finances. Nothing about education or experience.
 
This company already received one NOID from NSC and responded by the attorney and waiting for the result from USCIS. Yet another case already been revoked by CSC. If you are from this company should look for other options outside this company. The reason for NOID 1) Ability to Pay 2) failed to prove the job is permanent. In CSC center till now 20 I140/I140 MTR petitions were denied due to the above reasons.

I appreciate your openness in bringing out such Corrupt Companies so the Others are not caught in the Trap. You are helping other and God will help you.
 
ACE TECH CEO CHUCK SHAiker is Biggest Thug

ACE tech is one of the biggest thug in software industry. People like Chuck who filled their pockets due to emplyees hard work will directly go to HELL and will be re-born as filthy animal.
Lot of ex-employees of ACE are praying for his miserable death.

You need to fill out just single form with the answers and cost you to fax the same to DOL and DOL will take care rest for you. Every one who down load the H1B Complaint form from DOL website and fill out and fax will get all of his back wages.
I have received each and every penny of my wages after I complaint to DOL.

Eb2 I-140 Approved After Rfe

I am from ACE TECHNOLOGIES. I got my EB2 I-140 Approved only last week
after getting an RFE on progressive experience. The RFE was issued on
March 9 and my lawyer replied to the RFE on June 2 just 7 days before
the cut-off date for the RFE. I got the E-mail notification about the approval
on May 17th.

From my experience I would not say that ACE on the Radar
screen of USCIS. Keep a hope on ACE.

Was your I-140 application filed in NSC..? Is this a substitute labor..?

ACE EB2 I-140 Approved

My own Labour. It is not a labour substitute. My priority date is Feb. 2003.
I filed in NSC.
 
ACE EB2 I-140 Approved

I filed concurrently as follows:

EB2 I-140 filed October 2003
I-485 filed November 2003

I-485 is still pending for approval.
 
DOL Complaint List for punitive damages
