Any AVM updates for RFE (I-140) since June 20?

I\'m testing my theory that INS has started processing the RFEs for I-140 because of the recent AC21 guidance released on June 20.

I received an RFE for I-140 on April 7. Reply sent out first week of May. My AVM just got updated on June 20 to say that they have received the reply to my RFE.

I have some questions for you. Could you help me to answer them ?

Why did you send your RFE back to INS in the first week of May when you received it on April 7 ?

What kind of documents did you provide to prove the merger is a "Successor in interest"?

I want to prepare them as soon as possible and send to CSC once I get my RFE for amended I-140.

Actually, RFE was issued on April 7, 2001.

But my lawyer received it around April 14, 2001.

He sent out the reply to RFE on April 25, 2001.

And he sent out the I-140 application around May 1, 2001.

Sorry, I don\'t know the actual documents sent out to prove successor-in-interest. My employer does not want to provide it to me since they told me there\'s proprietary information in it.
