Any August filers out there?

I talked to IIO only once when I heard about my RFE on AVM. I wanted to find out why the RFE was issued but the IIO couldn't give any info. Ever since I haven't talked to them.

Currently, as per AVM , INS has received the response on 08/28/02 and I am waiting for approval.

The RFE will tell you exactly what the INS wants. It's on the small print--it starts with some blurb about this being your unique number that is totally
confusing (at this stage, we ALL know our A# is unique).

Hope this helps. I hope you get the blue paper (which doesn't mention RFE or
request for evidence anywhere) very soon.

Filed in Aug 2001 Talked to IIO this morning. She said it has gone to an officer for review. Can someone tell me what this means?.

Waiting Aug 3rd Case

Hi I am Aug 3rd filer still waiting. I got RFE on September 23rd for 6 months pay stub and Company Letter. My lawyer mailed the RFE response on 10th October. INS did not receive it until yesterday cuz of the Holiday on Monday.

I guess I am not the only one.

RFE - 9/23/02

RFE was for employment letter, W2 for 2 yrs and 3 mths paystubs.
Response recd. by INS on 10/9/02. IIO said file would go back to the officer and it would take 3 weeks.

Just hanging in there....
