Mine is a very straightforward one except for the missing birth certs, which I sent in late December.
I have written about my case under the login of kipps. The IIO said her computer is showing my category as EB3 and since visa numbers are not available, my approval is on hold. When I told her that my I-140 approval notice clearly states the category as EB2, she acknowledged and said they\'d have to open my file to resolve the inconsistency. Gave a time estimate of two weeks. At this stage I don\'t have the energy to wait two more weeks for this never ending ordeal! Maybe I should contact a senator to help me out.
