Any August 2003 I-140 Pending?

hi ridiculos,

Did u receive any RFE? did u'r LUD changed? did u open any query with CIS? if so, how many times did u/ u'r lawyer opened up case query so far?

Myself and lawyer both opened up a case query and so far no replies. No idea why they hold up my application.

Guys,
I got my I140 approved. Just got an email (11 pm) thes guys must be working overtime or its an automated system.
My lawyer opened a status enquiry on 5/19/2004 and I got a response on July 2nd that I should wait for 60 days to get a resopnse abt the status.
My ND May 2nd 2003 EB2 RIR
Concurrent
FP Done March 16th 2004
 
I140 approved (august 03 )

my co worker's concurrently filed I140 with RD 8/13/03 EB2 category got approved on 8/15/04 after making second enquiry.Looks like they are now working on August 03 cases

30-July-2003 - I 140 Non Concurrent
??-May-2003 - REF (No update in website)
02-Jun-2003 - REF Response sent (No update in website)
15-July-2003 - I 140 Approval sent in email and update in website

I sure hope they are working on Aug cases. Watching all the Dec 03/ Jan 04 cases getting approved makes me sick! Nothing against the applicants, just the whole system makes me crazy.
Has anybody from the Aug 03 crop gotten a FP notice lately?

I140/485 - ND 8/12/03, LUD 8/15/03
EB3, Labor Sub
No FP yet

Only 4 august approvals from July 1-20

According to Immigrationwatch.com only 4 approvals for the month of august 2003.

We are the only unfortunate guys in the entire world.
 
Aug '03 ND - FP notice anyone?

Any August notice date types out there get FP notice lately? It would be nice if August '03 folks post in this thread about any latest developments, if ANY! There seems to be very little progress for Aug, hope somebody can prove me wrong.
 
Got FP Notice today RD 8/7

I got FP notice RD 8/7. My 140 is not cleared yet.

So, I don't see what is the point in getting FP done again year later we have to do another FP and again their will be an RFE on employement or something.

I just renewed EAD online and for that I have to do an FP just a week back and now this is another FP. I don't understand these policy....

Even after getting my FP it doesn't mean anything really since somebody may get their FP notice one year later or month later or day later ... It's all about your luck and nothing more ...

Please let me know who will(lawyer or applicant) receive FP??? in this scenerio,If someone change company or laid off after 140 approval and still hunting for job then who will receive?
will the old company forward this???

oh God this is too much. I-140 not approved yet even i am seeing some of may '03 cases are not approved yet too.

Whats going on....any guesses
