Count me in. I personally know of at least 10 other cases whose RD's were the same as mine or later and have already been approved. I guess even to initiate an inquiry, the official processing date at the VSC for I-485 should be atleast 30 days or more from our RD.

Dear Gurus! Tired at all ways they process the cases.
RD : 07/01/02 I-140 / I 485
FP-1 : 08/22/02
FP-2 : 03/23/04
EAD - 3 : 05/22/04
AD - ??????

My LUD has not change from 07/22/02. Contacted customer service, put an inquiry and one stupid sentence in their mounth "wait for 30 days".
Thinking of contacting my congressman or senator.

Gurus what are your suggestion . WAit or proceed !!

Yes i agree with you i called customer rep and asked her to forward to next level offiicer. I asked her do you want us to keep applying EAD'S and AP's .
Dont you feel gulity for slower processing . I dont know every day i am coming to INS site for approval going back frustation. They dam slow.....
No one know abt their processing procedure and even calling customer rep's also waste of time if their processing date is not passed your RD , more over if it is more 60 days then only it is useful .

Since your RD is in July, you are entitled to an inquiry. They cannot say "wait 30 days" again because they are currently processing 08/26/02 and it is definitely 30 days past your RD. Call them up now to inititate an inquiry - if you haven't already done so - for whatever that is worth.

Contacted Senetor & Congressmen, they both have same answer "Waiting for Name Check".

Initiated an inquiry for the status of namecheck, haven't heard back from them yet. Left a message and also faxed twice, do you guys have any idea when they(FBI) get back to us?
