Any August-2001 filers with RFE's left?

Hi,

Want to know if any of the August 2001 filer who got an RFE is still out there.?

I was issued RFE and INS recvd it on Jan 29, 2003. It's about a month now and I have not heard anything. I am getting worried.

Any one knows how much time would it take more?

Yes, you got company. I think there are a handful of others too that VSC can't seem to part with. Check for earlier threads. Perhaps VSC is emotionally attached to our 485 applications, or some of the officers like papers not paper weights as souveniers on their desk. I'm pretty sure mine's getting mouldy by now...

On the bright side, I saw a couple of Aug approvals lately, so I keep telling myself to keep the faith.
