Have you contacted AILA (through your lawyer) or a senator's office with the facts of your case ? Recently grandhirk posted his
experience of using AILA to resolve his delay (his case I believe is
May 2001) - his case is still being worked on. Some people have used senator's offices to put in a word, sometimes this has worked. I seem to remember you got soemthing done from your
congressman's office, does that lead up anywhere ?

I am here with RD Aug 2001. I am frustrated and sometimes think is it worth staying here. I had contacted local congressman but its no use. I believe earlier it used to work out but not now.
Just trying to be patient and wait for miracles to happen.
