Any Apr'03 I140s pending?

Any April NDs still pending?? My 140/485 were concurrently filed with a ND of Apr 4th 03. got an RFE for category change (EB2 to EB3) in April 04 response received for the same on June 9th (coz of the incompetent/lazy/careless attorney). Its more than a month the response was received and still no word from USCIS on I140 or I485...dont know how long I have to wait. Is anyone in the similar boat??

Lets see I just initiated a status inquiry. I don't know whether really does work or not. Anyone who had luck with status inquiry please post their expreince.
 
Mine 03/31/2003
Case Referral started on April 16 2004... no response.
Sent email to my congress man (received 2 auto responses)... If I don't receive anything from him, planning to visit his office next week.
Second EAD approved on May 23, 2004.
FP done last year May.
