I am not seeing any recent approvals for EB2 cat...

Mine is pending too.... :rolleyes: EB2 category.
 
Pending March 22nd. No LUD on I-140
Couple of LUDs on 485

Soryy what is NSEERS, I am from India.

I did not do any enquiry. I do not have much cooperation from that side.

How can I initiate inquiry on I-140 by myself.
I think the 6 months rule should also apply to I-140 as it is getting delayed also. :)

God is not on my side(I am on peek of pessimism)

Looks like EB2 cases are not moving. I am seeing lot of EB3 approvals (allmost all of them whom I know). Eb2 dates are showing as May 7th but I doubt it. May be we need to do something.

If you know the name of the HR person, u can call the emergency # and initiate an enquiry. You can also do one for your 485

No Changes for I-140

Did you ever call the emergency #? You should call and at least ask about your 485.

My HR person is a lady!!!How did i can call??Ok how did u called??Saying the name of your HR person??Only is that enough??any other details if they ask you it will be a pbm rite??

No. I just used the name. However, you yourself can call and ask about 485 status at least. Try that and at least you'll know what's going on. You can ask them about the name check and finger print and all that good stuff
 
I waiting also. No updates.
Will it help for 140 to make an enquiry regarding 485 ?
Do you think that status of 485 can lead to 140 ?
 
From results of Java Scanne utility, it looks like they are also working on April 1, 2004 cases for I-140.

I have see approvals form WAC0412751*,WAC0412752*,WAC0412753*,WAC0412754* recently.
 
WAC04083534* are still waiting :(

LUD = Last Updated Date. The date *something* happened on ur case.
If you go to USCIS website and register, you can create your case portfolio which would give you details including LUD

I140/I485 RD 4/21/04, ND 4/26/04.

No update for I140 since filed.
One update for I485 on 10/27/04.

Lawyier told me that I am stuck with name check.
