Any Comments on Approvals???

Can somebody check the following I-485 cases for us and give us your explanation???

These are either NOT employment-based adjustment of status or, if they are, then they are age out cases.

As of today there is no concret evidence that the approval freeze is over at Nebraska Service Center.

Sad, but true...
 
Based on the processing times, Non employment-based AOS cases are not faster than employment-based cases.

They are not aged cases either (see ND).

There is nothing in the ND that tells you that a case is / is not aged out.

"Because of INS processing backlogs, many children turned 21 and "aged-out" of eligibility by the time INS adjudicated the petition. When a child "aged-out," s/he was no longer considered a part of the parent's application.
