I have also been trying to figure out the same thing for the past couple of months - so far have'nt come across any EB3 getting approved with PD between June - Dec 2000?

My GC is EB3 PD between June - dec 2000. I completed Code 3 on May-05-2006.I am also looking for approvals.

That's what I am talking about - no approvals for EB3 with PD bet. Jun and Dec 2000 at VSC - something very weird? - don't know why is VSC holding back on these cases specifically?

Thanks BunnyGC, Yup I wished I also had my case processed via NSC - but VSC is special - There seems to be no EB3 Case with PD bet Jun - Dec - 2000 getting approved at VSC. If there is any such case getting approved at VSC then please post the details.
