Any approvals with "Document mailed directly" messsage ?

Have there been any approvals for cases with the weird online message "THE DOCUMENT WE MADE BASED ON THE APPROVAL OR REGISTRATION OF THIS CASE WAS MAILED DIRECTLY TO WHOM ISSUED" ?

There are quite a few of us who have completed FP but the online message said the above crap because a duplicate FP Notice was mailed to us.

Have you noticed any approvals for such cases, maybe in the scans...?

Actually steeler, it could mean AP/RFE or as in my case duplicate FP Notice. (I did not apply for AP).
