I called today morning and the answer is same "it is pending". Are there any approvals today ? any one with JULY pending cases called Nebraska ?

I did not see any approvals today

My RD is 8/22/01 and yes! I am as frustrated as you are! Called NSC last week and the reply was 'Pending' with 45 day estimate.

Same here. Next time, gonna ask them why is it pending.

Looks like NO APPROVALS today from Nebraska.

When I call last time IIO told that she will send a reminder to officer. and later she told that its not required as they are processing cases.

It all depends on the officer holding JULY Cases.
 
Do any of the July/August RDs have their I140 approved for CP? Wondering why some July/August cases have not yet been assigned or assigned so late .....

of after the 6th of Feb 2003..Keeping fingers and toes crossed..

A friend of mine, got his labor cleared and I-140 filed in California, I-485 in Nebraska.

ND: July 01
FP: Jan 02
No RFEs yet and no approval...
