Just wondering if anyone got approved today? I have not seen any normal activity...

May be the Holiday season has already started.... :eek:
 
January makes sense as I just got a "Refingerprint Notice". Maybe it is INS way of saying we will not process your case further until Jan. Grrrr.

I got email today saying that my case was approved on Nov 15 th.

Here is my details:

485 ND: 06/17/2003
FP1: 04/12/2004.

LUD: 04/21/2004(FP received), 10/11/2004(No message change), 11/15/2004(AD).
 
I agree with Pibo, it may not be before jan third week.


I had decided to postpone my wedding plan as my FP was done and my attorny was saying that, they may approve you in next 3 weeks or so.

As we know that if i say yes and fix a date and then 2 days before marraige this thing gets approved, what may happan, BUT NOW LOOKS LIKE IT IS NOT GOING TO BE APPROVED IN NEXT 4 MONTHS OR SO , MAY BE I CAN CONT WITH MY PLANS.... :p

WHAT SAYS GUYS?????????? :p :rolleyes:

So they approved it on 15th and sent you an email today? They are funny :rolleyes:
 
My wife's EAD approved today, also the travel documents for both of us today. I was too excited before openning up the mails, whether any one of those are for my 485!!! but no change :confused: for 485. But still some good news :) atleast. Wish me luck.
 
i think u should get married as soon as possible......subh kam me der nehi karte...and may be the lady luck will help you in ur approval.. :)
 
Finally, after 3.5 years I can say that I am APPROVED.

I just got 3 emails (2 for my spouse & 1 for me) with approvals on Nov 22nd.

Thanks to God, family and all the members in this forum for being there during the dark days...

Now, onto the next step... securing an appt with Infopass in Arlington area...

I will keep updating the forums...
 
My case(485) approved today

I am one of the silent visitor of immigration portal website.

My case got approved yester day and received 2 approval emails from USCIS about 1:20 pm EST today. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
However my daughter case is getting case not found error.

My case details
EB2
485 ND : 10/16/2003
AD: 11/22/2004
FP1 : 10/19/2004
LUD change : 10/21, 11/04, 11/05


EAD2 (efile) : 11/08
LUD Change : 11/12, 11/16, 11/17, 11/19, 11/22
