Yes, they did. I watched the whole House hearing regarding student visa stuff last Saturday on C-SPA

When a congressman from CA asks where INS has the capability to handle millions of 245(i) cases. Mr. Zigar said "good question. Honestly I do not know. it requires a lot of resources. It seems
to be that President\'s 6-month processing goal would have to be delayed ....". Something like this. I can not remember the exact words. So wait and see. Just hope VSC can go smoothly down the road. They can do nothing but to shift the priority around. Mr. Ziglar has no authority to fire or hire empoyees, which makes his job much harder.
