Any approvals today for ND Oct 99 for EB3 ND < Dec 99

Hi
 I have seen quite few approvals on Jul 31st ( yesterday ) so I am anxious whether ND Oct 99 guys are also getting approved. I checked AVM yesterday but still it says RFE generated. But will try today since somebody posted he checked today morning and heard approved on yesterday.

ND: 5 Oct 2001 : Any approvals there?

I called AVM says same message that they received it on 5 Oct. any guesses how long will it take?
