Any approvals - (post 140 redo ), please share info.

Generally a 140 redo is filed in response to a query after filing 485 in such case we have reason to believe those applications(140redo)are given priority.
But since yours is a pro-active filing,I don\'t think there is any way you can have it processed faster.Nonetheless you can file 485 based on your dates and have it in the pipeline rather than sitting ducks.
My opinion not a suggestion.

Glad to share info about my case approval too!.I heard the magic words yesterday evening,message says \'This case has been approved on 02/28.....\'.

Just a clarification. Did u speak to the IIO sometime last week about the hold etc. If so did the IIO tell u that ur application is on hold. I checked the voice mail yesterday and there was no change to the 485 msg. I am worried because my i-140 msg did not change to approved. I was wondering if some link is missing in my case.

I did speak to IIO some time last week and I did ask how long it\'s going to take to process my 485 and was told some 30 -45 days.
I didn\'t believe there is a hold on 485 for 140-redo cases to begin with besides Govinda Vinod and others supported that belief, Hence I didn\'t ask that question about hold.
I happened to check my case status yesterday(03/01) evening and that\'s how I came to know of this.Message said it was approved on 02/28 ..., a notice has been mailed on 02/28 etc.
One of the things I did was to make sure my 140-redo approval message has reached the officer who has my 485.Some time after 140-redo approval, when I called about 485 status, I was told that they are waiting for a response from me.I have explained and requested to let the officer with 485 case knows about it.
