Any Approvals or LUD changes after FP2 in Aug 2004

Guys,
I want to see how the Aug FP2 cases are getting approved.
Can you post your details if you have LUD changes or Approval notices or any enquiry related updates on your cases after FP2.
 
My FP2 was done on 08/03/04 but was originally scheduled for 09/10/04. My LUD recently changed to 09/14/04 but the status is still the same - "On Sep 27, 2002 the results of your fingerprint...".

Still waiting...
 
I had my 2FP on August 14, 2004 (scheduled 9/18 2004). No approval yet. My LUD has remained the same since December 2002.

From recent postings it looks like VSC has a new policy - LUD changes, i.e., file is updated with FP2 results, only after the scheduled FP2 date. It does not matter if you get it done earlier.

Also, my estimate from other people's posting is that approval can come 30-90 days after the 1st LUD change following FP2
 
Called Mike Ferguson's office for status check

I called Mike Ferguson's office, gave them my info and requested them to find out the status of my case.

Got a call from them and VCIS informed them that they are processing Cases from sep10th 2002. As mine is from jan 2003, i have to wait for couple of months.
 
I don't really think the processing date has a great value other than requesting for an enquiry. So if you have done your FP2 in the last month or two then you have a good chance of getting approval soon!

August FP2 still waiting.

Me and wife did FP2 on 11th August. LUD Changed on Aug 20th and then changed again on Aug 23rd. Till now there is no message change.

Not a concurrent case.
I was just waiting for processing date to move Jan2003 so that I can initiate a status enquiry.. Now if i do, they will refer me to current processing dates.
REST lies on GOD.

My FP2 was done on 8/3/2004. LUD was changed to 8/25/2004. Today I checked USINS web site and found that LUD was changed to 9/16/2004. Hope it is good sign.

LUD changed but same old message of FP1

We had our FP2 on 08/03/2004 at Newark.
My spouse's LUD changed to 8/12/2004.
Yesterday I checked and found LUD for both cases changed to 9/14/2004.
But message is still same - old FP1 message.
 
yes, they are dealing with aug FP2

i know of several FP2s in Aug that have been approved recently (including mine; see details below). I think all of you guys are really close and should hear within the next week or so.

Jan 2003, FOIA, labor substitution approved.

My case is approved today ( Oct 1st 2004 ) as per the online message .
