Are there any approvals with the WAC041854**** in the California Service Center.

My PD is 06/02.
RD: 4/27/04
I140 AD: 03/31/05
I485 LUD: 10/27/04

Nothing from there. Any one in the same boat.


Was watching recent approvals on immigrationwatch.com Seeing everyone approved after me, but no cases approved with this sequence????

LUD on December 7 2004 saying result of FP received and process resumed
DEC 24 received an a interview notice (Jan20 2004) no update on INS dates (LUD) Attended the interview officer told waiting for visa number didn’t stamp my passport
No update since then

Officer told you about waiting for "visa number" -- this is NOT the same as waiting on a name check.

Are you EB3 and are your from one of the retrogression affected countries ?
If so, what is your PD (approx date when labor was filed initially ??)

That might explain your delay. (which is, IMO, a much better situation than the stupid name check)

am in substuite labour case.when i went to local office on feb 23 2004 lady told mine is waiting on name check so i recived two answer am not sure which one is correct

Waiting on name check too.

The CSC officer told me that my name check was pending since 3/30/04. Not sure when FBI will be done with the check . :confused:
