Also donot forget to ask about Mail Room mess and what date they are clearing ?

My details are ND 7/18/00, EB2, Country Other. I called VSC yesterday. The IIO confirmed that the case has been assigned to an officer for review & I will hear something within 45 to 60 days.

I could not reach INS customer services.
How do you talk to them?

Its v hard to dial in to INS phone system. I kept redialing for over 45 mins and finally got through.

Subscribe to automatic redial from your phone company. I think it could also be paid for a per use basis. The phone will automatically try for some stipulated time(30 mins I guess) and when it makes a connection you get a call back.
