Any approvals for Receipt dates of Sep 2000, OCt 2000, Nov 2000

Hi ANIZS, did you have to any amendments

Hi ANIZS,
Do you have to amend your I-140 as a result of Sale, purchase, Acquisition and mergers in your GC process.

My company got sold to another one during my I-140 process and applied I-485 with old I-140 . Now my I-485 is more than 365 days old.
Not sure if I can come under AC21 law. My lawyer keep saying i do not need until INS asks for it and may be INS now don\'t ask as 1 year passed since I applied my I-485.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Amendments

Hi

In my case at everystage there was a change in the air. So my lawyer suggested we state that in the letter upfront of the impending change also pointingto the fact that there will be no change in how, where and what I work as.

But in some other cases where they were trailing the changes an amendment was filled. I think you lawyer\'s advice of not filling till INS asks for it makes sense since you are over 180 days so even if you change a job you are ok.
 
ND 11/30/00, waiting

The AVM said 330-360 days, and on immitracker.com there has a lot not approved before 11/01/00. What\'s wrong? Is it working days or calendar days?
