Any approvals for Nds between 02/03 and 04/03?

hi folks,
I'm seeing a lot of approvals for NDs in May, 2003 or later and some in Jan 2003 or earlier but not a whole lot in that period? Is this true?

Also, as we all know, the processing dates just jumped 6 months or so but what is the "true" date?

Take a look at the trackers / sampling scanning mentioned in this post: http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=148460

You seem to be correct that most of the recent approvals have excluded that date range. This totally makes sense given that the VSC has apparently split their cases between 2 service centers with one center doing cases from April - October 2003 and the other center doing all the other cases (they probably haven't reached the Jan/Feb/Mar cases yet).
