Any approvals for Feb 2000 cases???

Hello all:

I\'m on EB2 and my ND is Feb 8, 2000. AVM still plays the same boring "360 - 540 days" message.

Has anybody with ND around the same date, got any approvals recently?

If a person has a valid H-1B visa and his spouse has valid H-4 visa and their employer applied for I1485 petition which is also concered adjustmnet of status can travel on H-1 and H-4 documents. In other word can they apply travel on H-1 &4 visas stamped on their passport while waiting for I1-485 petition to approve or do they need to get parole from INS for travelling.

EB3, India, PD : May 98

Hi my ND is Feb 8, 2000, VSC issued RFE on May 4th and
they received the reply back on Jun 4th. Waiting for approval.
The RFE was for last 4 paystubs and employment letter.

One more piece of information. I had called VSC just before they
issued me RFE. I know it’s a pain to call them but I guess that
really helps. E.g. I had replied my RFE on May 10th and that
reply they never received ( guess cuz of mailroom problems). So
I talked to IIO on 24th May and he advised me to resend the
RFE reply which we did immediately and they received on Jun 4th.
I would suggest you to call IIO and check your status.

My ND is 2/8/2000. No RFE. Waiting.

On 6/6/2001, my case is said "assigned to an officer".
