Any approvals/case without any RFE???

Has anybody got approval without any RFEs (ONLY Employment based)? Or is there anybody who has not got any RFEs for 485?

oh ghosh ! why these BCIS people create more work for themselves as it is they are soooooooooooooo slow

oh God give them some sense;)
 
If your I-485 is beyond 1 year, chances are they will request for RFE,mostly for EVL and W-2 as they want to know if you still work for the same employer.
 
Its not 1 yr its much beyond that 18 months...now

according to rupnet data...

about 50% of 485 EAC and LIN applications (east coast) go thru w/o any RFE. But this is not the case for WAC people :(.
 
Then again, it's problem because of inconcistency. Appearsmore like whims and fancy of the adjudicators....
 
or I think this is not the case in CA as most of the layoffs happened here. I'm in impression that now everybody is getting RFEs.
 
I don't think BCIS can issue RFE for everyone. If they started issuing RFE for everyone, dam I am telling you, each case will take atleast 5 years to get their approvals.
