Hi All!

Let us post all the EB3\'s waiting for approval whose PD\'s falls between
May 1,97 and dec,31,97. This kind of stats will help us estimate timeframe
as well it is useful to the people beyond 97.

AOS waiter-2 u and i have similar dates, would appreciate if you can inform this board on receipt of fp, will do the same too.
all-any ideas on movement of PD for our dates to be current.

just curious, how\'s PDhelp you guage timeframe given the fact that about of them are current or people have already apllied for I485 once their PD became current but later retrogressed? ND makes lot of sense however...

It is agreed that time frame is diffcult to estimate. Atleast we will
know total number of EB3 not current in 97 have applied 485 and are

    I am still here waiting to hear from INS. When I called IIO on 02/09/01, she said that mine is still under review (no RFE). Since my company has changed its name before filing I-485, I am expecting RFE. I am planning to call next Friday ( 03/09/01). I will let this group know my conversation with IIO.

I Will try to keep this link alive.
Hope we soon start seeing approvals. I spoke to IIO on Feb 15th. she
said mycase is waiting for Visa numbers. I reminded her that Pd\'s are out and my Pd is current. She said they have\'nt started using the
VISa numbers (I guess they might now !!!!) . she said Once started, it will take a maximum period of 2 months . (may be very cautious commitment)

Let us see how it evolves...
