Any approvals after NOID

I have read a lot on this forum about Notice of Intent to Deny ( NOID ) after the previous employer withdrew the approved I-140. But I have not seen any cases that were approved after responding to the NOID with AC21 letter.

If anyone had got approved after a NOID, please post your experiences.

I am still waiting for my approval... but i know one user: anxiouslady got approved right after her reply to NOID during july 3rd week. She is April 2002 filer.

Do you know if anxiouslady's NOID was issued due to withdrawl / revoke of I-140 by previous employer?
